Consultation Visit and After-Sales Service (A/S) Cost Information
We provide information on consultation visits and A/S costs.
When visiting the construction site for product explanation and measurement, a nominal travel fee is incurred for optimal consulting. However, this travel fee is not charged if a purchase contract is made.
Before applying for a consultation visit, you can receive detailed and friendly advice about the product and pricing through a phone call or the KakaoTalk channel ‘DERSCHUTZ Headquarters’.
Seoul, Gyeonggi: 50,000 KRW
Other Regions: To be announced later
After the warranty period or during the warranty period due to customer negligence, the following travel fees apply for A/S visits:
Seoul, Gyeonggi: 25,000 KRW
Other Regions: To be announced later
DERSCHUTZ guarantees quality within the warranty period as follows:
Multifilm: Within 10 years after installation
Hardware: Within 2 years after installation
Motor: Within 2 years after installation
Other accessories: Within 2 years after installation
Premium Stand Lighting (Mond Prism, Spiegel): Within 5 years after installation
Please note that A/S for separate fabric blinds will proceed as follows.

; At the time of delivery and installation, check for any issues first, and if any problems are found, replace immediately.
; If problems occur after installation during use, free replacement is not offered.
(It will be considered as A/S due to customer fault, and separate A/S costs will be incurred.)
The quality assurance of DERSCHUTZ is limited to the actual customer and the same owner as indicated on the quality assurance certificate. If the quality assurance certificate is lost, the quality guarantee will not be provided. We are not responsible for any damage to the product due to the customer’s negligence, such as scratches or physical damage. We do not take responsibility for any prior installation not carried out by a professional installation team from the place of purchase or our headquarters.
